3. How long does it take to make my order?
All our leather covers are handmade to order. Processing time is typically 3–4 weeks with shipping to the USA. We believe in slow, intentional craftsmanship to ensure the highest quality.

4. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide with tracking. Shipping time varies depending on your location. Orders from the USA will be shipped from the USA warehause which I'm using.

5. What planners fit your covers?
Our covers are designed to fit popular planner brands like Hobonichi, Stalogy, Moleskine, Sterling Ink, and ring planners (A5, B6, Personal, Pocket, FC Compact, etc.). Please refer to each listing description for exact dimensions and compatibility.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. Please read descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

7. Do the covers include planners or inserts?
No, our listings are for the leather covers only. Inserts and planners shown in photos are for display purposes only.
